AI Startup Insights is operated by Parallax Index Co., an independent company based in Austin, Texas. Federal tax ID is held by the company. We are not a registered broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial advisor.

Intellectual property

The name "AI Startup Insights", the ASI mark, the dashboard design, the weekly brief template, the API design, and the synthesis layer are ours. You can link to us, quote us, and cite us. You cannot copy the dashboard, reproduce the full signal dataset, or train a model on our output without a written agreement.

Company names, product names, and public filings referenced in our data belong to their respective owners. We surface them as facts and link back to public sources. If a company believes we've misrepresented them, write in through the contact form.

No investment advice

Nothing on this site, in the dashboard, in the API, or in any email we send constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. We are a data and intelligence product. You, your colleagues, your advisors, and your counsel are the decision-makers on anything that actually matters.

Accuracy

We make a genuine effort to be accurate. We have a model layer that can make mistakes, and a human review layer that catches many of them. We catch errors through our own review, through user reports, and through company pushback. If you spot a wrong signal, tell us through the contact form and we will correct it within one business day.

Complaints and corrections

If a company tracked on the platform wants us to remove a specific signal or correct it, use the contact form with "correction request" in the first line. We take corrections seriously. If the underlying source has changed, we will update within one business day. If we genuinely believe the signal is correct and publicly sourced, we will say so, with the source link, and discuss in good faith.

Disputes

These notices and our Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are heard in Travis County unless the parties agree on arbitration. We've never been sued. We'd like to keep it that way.
